I had a great experience with Bronx Auto Nate’s Customer Service, especially with Rudy and Samue. He was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to address my concerns and made sure everything was resolved. I would definitely recommend working with Rudy and appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

Rudy the mechanic did an excellent job fixing my spark plugs and ignition coils. He was very professional, quick, and explained the issue clearly before getting started. The repair was done efficiently, and my car is running much better now. I appreciate his attention to detail and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend Rudy to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled mechanic.

Waited 30 minutes to get the guy’s attention. If you are going there and just drive up they won’t come out and ask you why you are there. You’d have to get out and go look for the guy … mind you these guys are very arrogant and doesn’t acknowledge the customer right away. Won’t be coming back here .

Went to get inspection done. At around 3:30 pm . Was told to comeback the next day. But here it says they close at 5 pm. So many fake reviews in this place getting me confused. Their service is terrible

Went in for state inspection and waited no more than 30 minutes since I was 4th in line. The staff that did the inspection was careful to not dirty my floor mats. I recommend everyone that reads this to go here for inspections or any other mechanical issue that may be wrong with your vehicle. They have to be good. New York State police cruisers are always getting tuned up at Bronx Auto Service Thank you Nate, you run a very well organized Shop!
